What you will do

• Own partner data integrations end-to-end, managing ingestion, quality, and enrollment logic from kickoff to go-live.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external data counterparts to negotiate specifications and troubleshoot issues.
• Translate intricate data and integration challenges into clear requirements for product, engineering, and data science teams.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with growth, health economics, and clinical operations to ensure data-dependent initiatives stay on track.
• Develop monitoring and dashboards to transition from reactive problem-solving to proactive management of data quality.
• Conduct eligibility reconciliation and claims analyses to inform executive and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or data operations within the healthcare sector.
• Direct experience working with healthcare claims data, eligibility files, and value-based care data.
• Proven track record of managing complex data integrations with external partners.
• Comfortable with SQL and experience collaborating closely with data science and engineering teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical ontologies or healthcare data standards.
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools and concepts (e.g., dbt, GitHub Actions).
• Experience in value-based care contract operations or performance measurement.
• Background in health economics, actuarial, or clinical data analysis.
