The Pokémon Company International manages the Pokémon property outside of Asia, overseeing brand management, licensing, marketing, and the Trading Card Game.

What you will do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct customer contact and prospecting.
• Manage critical high-visibility customer accounts and build relationships at senior management levels.
• Create account and strategy plans mapping key decision-makers within customer organizations.
• Develop customer-specific revenue forecasts, goals, and design win projections.
• Drive customer contract negotiations and provide first-line contact for business issues.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business initiatives.

Requirements

• 8 to 11 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent expertise.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Proven ability to elicit customer feedback and communicate complex issues concisely.
