What you will do
- Open the Mexican market by identifying and securing partnerships with banks, lenders, and collection agencies.
- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery and commercial negotiation to closing and relationship management.
- Learn the local collections domain, systems, and regulatory landscape to become a trusted expert.
- Lead a pod of forward-deployed engineers to manage integrations and ensure successful product deployment.
- Own the regional P&L and contribute to the development of a scalable GTM playbook.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico with a deep understanding of the local business environment.
- Native-level Spanish proficiency is required.
- Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally selling complex products.
- Autonomous, operationally relentless, and capable of building a business from the ground up.
- Ability to learn complex domain knowledge rapidly.
