What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of cross-functional HR projects and initiatives across various geographies and teams.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to identify operational challenges and improve tools and programs.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including scoping, timeline building, and milestone tracking.
• Analyze people data to define success metrics and inform strategic recommendations.
• Support organizational change efforts, including restructuring and transformation work.
• Ensure all projects align with company culture, business strategy, and compliance expectations.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee to conform to ITAR regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in HR or program management.
• 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects involving HR systems, processes, or policy implementation.
• Must be able to pass an Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral.
• Ability to work extended hours or weekends when required and travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience with HRIS systems and data tools such as Workday, Tableau, and Excel.
• Certification in PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, SQL, or Power Automate.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and manage ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
