Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Fort Worth, Texas. This is a part-time remote/hybrid role requiring regular onsite presence at a hirify.global facility.

What you will do

• Manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the Modeling Value Stream and ensure interconnectivity with F-35 release and functional schedules.
• Coordinate and lead schedule reviews with senior leadership.
• Manage project risks, issues, and opportunities in accordance with established protocols.
• Serve as a top-level data configuration manager for project documentation.
• Assist with agile ceremony planning, backlog tracking, and metrics reporting for the Modeling Solution Train.
• Lead updates to process documentation and command media.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in project and schedule management.
• Experience developing presentations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Fort Worth, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Project, OpenPlan, or similar scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with F-35 platform operations and sustainment.
• SAFe Agile training or certification.
• Background in systems engineering or data analysis.
