Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead the business implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM solution as the primary business owner.
• Coordinate business and technical workstreams in partnership with the IT Project Manager.
• Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Business Experts.
• Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder meetings to drive project decisions.
• Oversee business testing, UAT, and deployment readiness assessments.
• Drive change management and user adoption initiatives to maximize solution effectiveness.

Requirements

• Fluent in French (required)
• 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
• 5+ years of experience with PLM systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• PMP certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
