TL;DR
Senior Technical Product Manager (AI): Owning the Customer Workflows domain by building and optimizing recruiter and employer-facing experiences with an accent on agentic AI integration and platform scalability. Location: Must be based in the US or Canada. Remote-first with occasional travel for team offsites.
Salary: USD $125,000–$160,000 (US) or CAD $125,000–$165,000 (Canada).

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end roadmap and performance of the Employer & Recruiter Portal and business service workflows.
- Define and implement agentic AI, LLM, and recommender system applications to automate routine tasks.
- Lead continuous discovery through user interviews, prototyping, and data analysis to validate solutions before engineering commitment.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear PRDs, acceptance criteria, and testable definitions of done.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to shape architecture, evaluate system quality, and manage trade-offs.
- Create reusable playbooks and decision frameworks to raise the quality of product execution across the organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
- Demonstrated ownership of a product area at a platform level with clear articulation of trade-offs.
- Proven track record leading multi-quarter, cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Deep experience using LLMs, agents, and AI-assisted tools as a primary work layer.
- Strong technical depth to shape architecture discussions and define evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
- Data fluency with a focus on defining OKRs and driving decisions through metrics.
Nice to have
- Experience with employer, recruiter, or B2B SaaS platforms.
- Fluency in workforce development policy and dynamics.
- Familiarity with modern BI/analytics tooling like Looker or Snowflake.
