What you will do

• Drive product strategy and execution for AI-powered developer experiences, connecting design workflows with production code.
• Define mechanisms for translating designs into production-ready code and flowing code updates back into design environments.
• Enhance developer platform capabilities, improving the performance, reliability, and usability of the AI infrastructure.
• Build and scale evaluation frameworks and quality measurement systems to continuously improve AI performance.
• Partner with engineering, research, and data teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver scalable product solutions.
• Translate enterprise customer workflows and user needs into impactful product improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a track record of owning products from concept through launch.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong technical understanding of AI systems, LLMs, agents, developer platforms, and infrastructure.
• Ability to read and reason about code and collaborate effectively with engineering teams on technical decisions.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver measurable improvements through data-driven decisions.
• Experience in customer discovery and understanding enterprise-level workflows.
