What you will do

• Own the AI platform strategy, including distributed developer systems and agent infrastructure.
• Bridge the gap between design and production code by building round-trip agent workflows.
• Drive the quality and performance of MCP servers to support product development at scale.
• Define evaluation frameworks to measure and improve the accuracy of design-to-code translation.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to understand complex workflows and deliver high-trust solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, taking products from concept to launch.
• Proven ability to read and reason about code and engage in technical discussions regarding AI systems (agents, LLMs, MCP).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through major end-to-end initiatives.
• Background in building design tools, developer tools, or AI-powered coding products.
• Must be based in the United States.
