Salary: $140,000–$208,000

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for an AI platform focused on reliability, safety, and scalability.
• Define production orchestration patterns, context management, and execution models for AI agents.
• Establish scalable platform standards, including APIs and configuration frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and security teams to optimize architecture and operational complexity.
• Develop adoption strategies through developer tools, shared components, and standardized workflows.
• Implement governance and safety frameworks, including evaluation processes and auditability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience building platforms or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical foundation in computer science or experience with complex software systems.
• Deep understanding of LLM-based agents, retrieval workflows, and multi-step automation.
• Experience scaling platform contracts, APIs, and lifecycle management strategies.
• Ability to implement governance and quality frameworks in enterprise or multi-tenant environments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks or real-time systems.
• Knowledge of voice or streaming technologies.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or regulated industries.
