What you will do

• Define project scope to address strategic business challenges and opportunities for mining truck platforms.
• Coordinate resources across product development, sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
• Oversee project progress, budgets, and stakeholder communications while resolving emerging issues.
• Direct project staffing, motivate team members, and support their professional development.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, product design, and comprehensive requirements analysis.
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Materials Science (Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic preferred).
• Extensive product design experience and a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage high-risk, multi-stakeholder projects and lead through ambiguity.
• Deep expertise in resolving complex technical challenges and mentoring other engineers.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience leading engineering programs in heavy manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience with L6 machine-level design teams and BIQ processes.
• Familiarity with global regulatory and environmental standards.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and value chain optimization.
