What you will do

• Complete sustainment engineering milestones including failure analysis and simulations.
• Participate in Group Design Reviews to ensure technical excellence.
• Manage program documentation within the Configuration Management System.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative data reporting and analysis across projects.
• Engage in project management activities to support overarching program objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with industry standards and government regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• US citizenship is required due to U.S. Government contractual requirements.
• Proficiency in Solidworks, MS Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to U.S. Government export control regulations.
