International Tax Transfer Pricing Intern (Winter 2027)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid workstyle aligned to an RSM office, with in-person collaboration and possible travel to client sites

Salary: CAD 50,160–59,850 per year

RSM provides professional services to middle-market companies across multiple industries, including tax and transfer pricing advisory.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and complete tax and transfer pricing projects from start to finish.
• Conduct financial, economic, accounting, valuation, industry, market, and comparative benchmarking analyses.
• Evaluate intercompany transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans for multinational and domestic corporations.
• Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance using Microsoft Word, Excel, and statistical sampling packages.
• Review GAAP financial statements and prepare report documentation.
• Collaborate with associates, managers, and client personnel to gather information and deliver multiple engagements.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university.
• Be majoring in business, including accounting, finance, economics, or business management.
• Have knowledge of several areas including financial statement analysis, valuations, quantitative analysis, industry analysis, statistical sampling, and econometrics.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Have solid research and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
