HR Business Partner

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to designated business leaders and leadership teams.
• Advise on organizational structure, role design, workforce planning, and business-aligned people solutions.
• Guide performance management, calibration, talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential talent identification.
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, coaching, performance concerns, and escalation.
• Use attrition, engagement, headcount, and exit interview data to identify risks and develop action plans.
• Support organizational change and incorporate AI tools into HR analysis, drafting, research, and leadership preparation.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years supporting a client group as an HR Business Partner or generalist.
• Experience with performance management, talent planning, employee relations, organizational design, and change management.
• Strong data literacy and ability to build business cases from people data.
• Strong working knowledge of US employment law, including FLSA, ADA, EEO, and state-specific requirements.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude in an HR context, with sound judgment and discretion.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a technology or software business unit.
• Experience in a global, fast-growth, or matrixed organization.
• Exposure to international employment practices, including Canada or LATAM.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent HR certification.
