What you will do
- Own strategic partnerships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Proactively identify customer performance improvement opportunities leveraging robust data.
- Drive solution adoption and ensure alignment with operational priorities and quantifiable value.
- Develop product utilization narratives to demonstrate return on investment (ROI).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop territory-specific strategic plans.
- Support churn reduction and revenue expansion for organizations and products.
Requirements
- Prior health plan experience.
- Exposure to healthcare organizations.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Post-secondary education.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS or EHR.
- Clinical delivery or applications experience.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
