What you will do

  • Act as the primary strategic partner for assigned accounts, fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Lead data-driven conversations to optimize membership services and account performance.
  • Identify and execute growth and expansion opportunities within the embedded account base.
  • Coordinate with Operations to define and monitor performance measures and operational goals.
  • Manage contract renewals, new agreements, and ensure operational feasibility.
  • Develop operational procedures and project management initiatives tied to client contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within healthcare, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • Experience managing accounts with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of $500K or greater.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
  • Must be based in the United States; willingness to travel up to once per month.

Nice to have

  • Background in consulting or solutions architecture.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
