What you will do
- Act as the primary strategic partner for assigned accounts, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Lead data-driven conversations to optimize membership services and account performance.
- Identify and execute growth and expansion opportunities within the embedded account base.
- Coordinate with Operations to define and monitor performance measures and operational goals.
- Manage contract renewals, new agreements, and ensure operational feasibility.
- Develop operational procedures and project management initiatives tied to client contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within healthcare, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Experience managing accounts with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of $500K or greater.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
- Must be based in the United States; willingness to travel up to once per month.

- Background in consulting or solutions architecture.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
