Location: Remote (Must reside in one of the following US states: AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, HI, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NV, OH, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY)

What you will do
- Prospect new business opportunities within K-12 districts in a multi-state territory.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Engage and educate senior-level school leadership on Rethink solutions.
- Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in the education field.
- 4+ years of teaching experience or 5+ years in the education market (Special Education, SEL, or Mental Health preferred).
- Proven track record of building partnerships with senior-level K-12 district leaders.
- Ability to work autonomously in a home-office environment and meet strict weekly and monthly metrics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
