TL;DR

Location: Remote (United States)

Compensation: OTE $180,480 – $210,000 annually

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed individual sales quotas in the K-12 education market.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within target K-12 accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build long-lasting customer relationships by aligning product solutions to the unique needs of K-12 clients.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of EdTech offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineers, customer success, and product teams for a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably within SaaS or EdTech.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the K-12 sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce, and sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with executive-level stakeholders at K-12 organizations.
