Salary: $90,000–$100,000 USD (plus commission, OTE $180,000–$200,000)

What you will do
- Develop and execute territory plans to prospect and close new mid-market educational accounts.
- Deliver outcome-oriented platform demonstrations tailored to diverse academic stakeholders.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to identify and secure cross-departmental expansion opportunities.
- Navigate complex evaluation cycles and negotiate multi-year agreements.
- Maintain accurate data and workflows within Salesforce and other sales tools.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end SaaS sales cycles.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to master complex software solutions.
- Experience with academic procurement processes and stakeholder structures.
- Proficiency in sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
- Ability to design and execute strategic territory or account plans.
Nice to have
- Direct experience selling SaaS into HR, Learning & Development, or academic sectors.
- History of driving cross-departmental expansion or upselling existing accounts.
