TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 USD (plus commission, OTE $180,000–$200,000)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory plans to prospect and close new mid-market educational accounts.
  • Deliver outcome-oriented platform demonstrations tailored to diverse academic stakeholders.
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to identify and secure cross-departmental expansion opportunities.
  • Navigate complex evaluation cycles and negotiate multi-year agreements.
  • Maintain accurate data and workflows within Salesforce and other sales tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end SaaS sales cycles.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to master complex software solutions.
  • Experience with academic procurement processes and stakeholder structures.
  • Proficiency in sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
  • Ability to design and execute strategic territory or account plans.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience selling SaaS into HR, Learning & Development, or academic sectors.
  • History of driving cross-departmental expansion or upselling existing accounts.
