What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of claims modernization and transformation programs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document BRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Oversee Guidewire ClaimCenter or Duck Creek implementations, upgrades, and cloud migrations.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and production readiness activities across business and technical teams.
• Analyze claims data and KPIs to recommend process improvements and automation.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead in the insurance domain.
• 8+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Strong knowledge of claims operations, including FNOL, adjudication, and litigation management.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Duck Creek Claims.
• Certifications such as CPCU, CBAP, PMP, or SAFe Agilist.
• Exposure to cloud-based insurance platforms and digital self-service portals.
