Salary: $96,000 – $177,500

What you will do

• Define business objectives, goals, and document stakeholder impacts.
• Perform gap analysis to determine potential solutions for claims operations.
• Create and edit claims workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with partners to provide input on solution design.
• Identify and manage existing and emerging risks stemming from business activities.
• Utilize AI tools to support research, summarization, and workflow integration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional business analytics experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of auto and casualty claims processes.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
