What you will do

• Elicit requirements through interviews, workflow analysis, and workshops to create user stories and business process descriptions.
• Perform analysis of potential solutions against business requirements and financial impact to determine the best approach.
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, third-party contractors, and consultants.
• Map current and future state processes for projects and features.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and third-party vendors.
• Leverage generative AI and automation tools to enhance business processes and support decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years of BA and PM experience.
• Proven success working in an Agile environment.
• Strong expertise in writing business requirements, process flow mapping, and user stories.
• Experience designing prompts, workflows, and validating outputs for AI tools.
• College degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or Finance preferred.
