Sr. Access Control Specialist (Okta)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work between home and the office

Salary: CAD 90,000–140,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide operational support and administration for Okta MFA, Okta OAuth, and Transmit Security MFA platforms.
• Monitor platform health, availability, performance, and service levels across production and non-production environments.
• Investigate and resolve authentication incidents and service requests, including critical incident and on-call support.
• Design, configure, and implement authentication and authorization solutions, including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, identity federation, and API security controls.
• Develop and maintain application and API integrations, onboard applications, and automate operational activities through APIs, scripting, and workflow automation.
• Support security compliance, audits, vulnerability remediation, platform upgrades, change management, roadmaps, and modernization initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management and administering enterprise MFA platforms.
• Experience supporting Okta MFA and OAuth services, plus Transmit Security MFA or similar CIAM platforms.
• Experience supporting business-critical authentication services in production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience.
• Experience with change, release, and problem management processes.
• Reliability Status Clearance is required, including a law enforcement inquiry and credit check.
