Sr. Cybersecurity Advisor - Identity (Cybersecurity): Designing pragmatic identity security solutions for clients, including Identity Governance, Digital Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Orchestration, with an accent on scalable security programs and client-focused advisory. Focus on selecting and evaluating security technologies, shaping roadmaps, coordinating proposals and demonstrations, and driving complex cybersecurity solutions across client and partner ecosystems.
Location: Remote within the United States, with candidates hired near Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, or Pittsburgh
Total target compensation: $200,000–$250,000+ annually, including base salary and an uncapped bonus plan.

What you will do
- Design identity security solutions covering Identity Governance, MFA/SSO, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Orchestration.
- Advise client stakeholders on security environments, risks, strategies, technology roadmaps, budgets, and return-on-investment metrics.
- Align services with partner technologies including SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping, Okta, Cisco, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Delinea.
- Lead requirements gathering, technology selection, demonstrations, evaluations, proposals, contracts, and RFI/RFP responses.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, manage pipeline and forecasts, and support sales through closure and quota achievement.
- Collaborate with account, domain, and service delivery teams to ensure consistent solutions and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- BS/BA or equivalent education and applicable experience.
- At least eight years of experience in information security, preferably in consulting advisory, architecture, or engineering roles focused on identity security.
- Strong business and technical acumen, presentation skills, written and oral communication, and the ability to lead technology discussions.
- Experience leading an information security function or program and presenting technology vision at industry or partner events.
- Vendor-specific certification focused on the relevant specialty and one or more cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, CISA, CISM, or CCSP.
- Participation in professional organizations such as ISACA or ISSA.
