Salary: $105,000 - $127,000 annually

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive membership growth and retention strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the Membership team, including direct supervision of operations staff.
  • Oversee membership infrastructure, including CRM/AMS systems and data governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align membership value with research, events, and publications.
  • Manage departmental budgets, dues forecasting, and key performance indicators.
  • Integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance member personalization and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in membership or association management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing complex teams and operations.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and strategic management skills.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy and ability to apply AI to business strategy.

Nice to have

  • ASAE’s certificate in Association Management or CAE.
