What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend APIs and software features.
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using distributed systems and serverless technologies.
• Build and enhance microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Create and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and LLMs to improve software design and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience building and maintaining microservices-based architectures.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

Nice to have

• Experience developing cloud-native applications using AWS.
• Frontend development experience and ability to contribute to full-stack initiatives.
• Background in life sciences, bioinformatics, healthcare, or medical devices.
• Experience developing software in regulated environments with design control processes.
