Salary: $101,000–$118,000

What you will do
- Manage relationships with benefits brokers and providers to resolve issues.
- Oversee benefits enrollment processes and lead annual open enrollment strategy.
- Lead monthly consolidated benefits billing and reconciliation.
- Conduct internal benefits audits to ensure compliance with Worker’s Compensation and 401k plans.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations including ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies to maintain compliance.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, including health, wellness, and retirement programs.
- Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to assess program effectiveness.
- Experience with HRIS, benefits administration platforms, and HCM systems.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA).
