Location: Must be based in the US. Candidates in Raleigh, NC are required to work from the office Monday through Thursday.

Salary: $101,000–$118,000

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with benefits brokers and providers to resolve issues.
  • Oversee benefits enrollment processes and lead annual open enrollment strategy.
  • Lead monthly consolidated benefits billing and reconciliation.
  • Conduct internal benefits audits to ensure compliance with Worker’s Compensation and 401k plans.
  • Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations including ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies to maintain compliance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, including health, wellness, and retirement programs.
  • Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to assess program effectiveness.
  • Experience with HRIS, benefits administration platforms, and HCM systems.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA).

  • Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS company.
