TL;DR

Associate Benefits Partner (HR): Supporting the delivery of core benefits operations through accurate data management, standardized process execution, and employee support with an accent on health, welfare, and retirement program administration. Focus on maintaining data integrity in HRIS systems, ensuring compliance, and resolving routine benefits inquiries for a high-growth portfolio of companies.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to South Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday in office, Monday/Friday remote).

Compensation: $26.92–$33.65 per hour.

What you will do

  • Execute daily benefits processes including enrollments, life events, terminations, and COBRA administration.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding benefits policies, payroll deductions, and vendor processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS and payroll systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Partner with HR Operations and external vendors to resolve routine benefits issues.
  • Support benefits-related onboarding and off-boarding activities.
  • Assist with compliance activities, including audits, reporting, and documentation retention.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in benefits or HR administration in a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with HRIS or benefits platforms such as Workday, SAP, or ADP.
  • Foundational knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and retirement programs.
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in South Charlotte, NC.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
