Salary: $67,843.39 – $80,000.00

What you will do

  • Administer group health, welfare, and retirement programs ensuring strict adherence to plan provisions.
  • Manage regulatory compliance, including the timely completion of government filings and participant disclosures.
  • Oversee 401(k) non-discrimination testing, 5500 audits, and ACA filings.
  • Lead vendor relationship management, including selection and implementation of new benefit projects.
  • Manage absence management processes, including FMLA, STD, LTD, and ADA reasonable accommodations.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, and Finance teams to drive process improvements and cost analysis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related analytical field.
  • Deep knowledge of benefit regulations, specifically HIPAA and the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
  • Experience using HRIS benefit modules (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Ultimate Software).
  • Must be a resident of one of the 50 US states or Washington D.C.
  • Ability to travel approximately 5% of the time.
  • Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive matters.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) certification or currently pursuing it.
