Location: Hybrid; must be based in the US and able to attend an office or client site at least three days per week
Salary: $76,000 – $102,600

What you will do
- Administer firmwide Health & Welfare and Retirement plans, including 401k and Partner Retirement Plans.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and outside vendors.
- Lead annual open enrollment processes and conduct annual non-discrimination testing with brokers/consultants.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk in collaboration with ERISA counsel and P&C leadership.
- Maintain HRIS systems and the firm's Intranet to ensure plan documentation and notices are current.
- Mentor and coach staff members within the benefits function to ensure quality delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3 or more years of experience in benefits administration, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems.
- Ability to travel as needed (expected less than 5%).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a reputation for discretion and integrity.

- PHR, SPHR, or CEBS credentials.
