TL;DR

District Success Manager (EdTech): Managing school district implementations of hirify.global to support student learning with an accent on relationship management and technical problem-solving. Location: Remote (US Only). Must be able to work from the Eastern time zone. Office in Mountain View, CA.

Salary: $96,800 - $121,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Manage school district implementations with thoughtful leadership and strategic guidance.
  • Facilitate professional development sessions for teachers and administrators on effective platform usage.
  • Analyze district data to identify support needs and prepare for implementation collaborations.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder discussions to facilitate change management and boost product satisfaction.
  • Drive improvements to district success playbooks by testing new ideas and measuring results.
  • Use CRM and Project Management tools to maintain high levels of district engagement.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 2+ years of experience as a school administrator.
  • 4+ years of classroom teaching experience.
  • 2+ years of customer success, account management, or education-focused support experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to support educators.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to create visuals and tell stories with data.

Nice to have

  • Experience using hirify.global in a classroom setting with students.
  • Strong coaching skills to mentor existing and new administrators and teachers.
  • Proficiency with EdTech tools, video recording software, and Google Workspace.
