What you will do

  • Lead and oversee regional sales strategy to ensure alignment with growth goals.
  • Develop and execute territory plans in collaboration with the Implementation Service Team.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key district leaders and decision-makers.
  • Formulate new business opportunities and initiate proposals to increase market share.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations both virtually and in person.
  • Manage financial performance objectives and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in education or educational sales.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience with performance metrics.
  • Experience in a SaaS-based sales environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% for educator-facing responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Education, Marketing, Sales, or Business.
  • Previous experience in assessment and curriculum adoption.
  • Established relationships with district leaders within the assigned territory.
