What you will do

• Lead project kickoffs, data integration, and training sessions for new districts.
• Analyze usage and engagement data to determine account health and drive strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with director and executive-level stakeholders.
• Facilitate the full renewal process, including quoting and securing signatures.
• Provide structured customer feedback to the Product Team to influence development.
• Maintain detailed account records in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience in implementation and customer success for a SaaS company, preferably in K12 or EdTech.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Apple/Mac hardware.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for customer meetings and company events.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle a large book of business.
