Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States); candidates residing within 50 miles of a major international airport are highly preferred.

Salary: $64,678 – $75,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own and grow business relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Drive customer success through the adoption and growth of hirify.global solutions.
  • Analyze customer engagement data to identify implementation strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular virtual and in-person check-ins to align on goals and provide progress data.
  • Develop account strategies to maintain customer health and identify potential upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver onboarding support and drive teacher adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience managing customer relationships at an education technology (EdTech) company.
  • Experience with business drivers for teachers, students, and senior district or state administration.
  • Proven track record of establishing strategic outcomes and measurements.
  • Ability to use and interpret data analytics and spreadsheets.
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance for travel (approximately 15-50%).
