What you will do

• Develop and maintain next-gen CAD flows and methodologies for Multi-die and Power.
• Contribute to the deployment, support, and regression testing of CAD flows.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure optimal flow integration.
• Explore and implement agentic AI/ML tools for CAD automation.
• Drive engagement with external partners and internal customers to track requirements.
• Participate in industry events and stay current with emerging design trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience (or 3-5 years with an advanced degree).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in physical design and flow development in an ASIC RTL-to-GDS environment.
• Strong proficiency in TCL and Python scripting.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Experience with 3DIC topics (die-stacking, floorplanning, hybrid bonding) and power analysis (UPF, RTL power estimation).
