What you will do

• Lead business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement for the NC DMV Modernization Program.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with business and technical teams to align objectives.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, and operational models.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution recommendations.
• Conduct gap analyses to assess business impacts, dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Architect or in related roles supporting enterprise application implementations.
• Strong experience with business process mapping, requirements elicitation, and gap analysis.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops across business and IT organizations.
• Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and coordination.
• Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.
• Knowledge of the ADOT MVD MAX Solution.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DMV, transportation, government, or public-sector modernization.
• Experience writing technical user stories and understanding API technologies.
• Vehicle related business knowledge.
• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications.
