What you will do
- Manage regular engagement with customer engineering, purchasing, and program management teams.
- Drive design wins and support long-term automotive programs from design-in through to production.
- Identify and qualify new socket opportunities aligned with customer vehicle platforms and roadmaps.
- Maintain CRM data, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with FAEs and product marketing to align semiconductor offerings with OEM needs.
- Analyze BOMs and teardown insights to create commercial narratives for sourcing and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in semiconductor sales, applications, or automotive electronics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).
- Ability to interpret OEM BOMs and system diagrams.
- Familiarity with semiconductor categories such as MCUs, SoCs, analog, power, and sensors.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Must be based in or be able to work from San Jose, California.
Nice to have
- Understanding of in-vehicle network architectures (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
- Familiarity with automotive sourcing processes, RFQs, and lifecycles including PPAP and SOP.
- Experience participating in competitive BOM teardown activities.
