Sealant Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Apply silicone, polyurethane, and fire-rated sealants to joints and assemblies according to specifications.
• Perform precision caulking on interior and exterior components to ensure watertight and airtight seals.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, cutting, masking, and priming to ensure proper adhesion.
• Inspect completed work for gaps or defects and perform necessary rework or repairs.
• Read and interpret basic drawings, blueprints, and sealant application specs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all PPE and safety requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related experience in caulking or related manufacturing functions.
• Ability to interpret written directions, blueprints, wiring drawings, and engineering diagrams.
• Basic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurements.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Dallas, TX.
