TL;DR
Turret Punch Press Operator (sheet metal fabrication): Operating and setting up turret punch press machinery to shape, cut, and inspect sheet-metal and metal-plate components with an accent on production accuracy, material alignment, and product-plan compliance. Focus on interpreting blueprints, maintaining machine performance, and meeting quality and safety requirements on the production floor.
Location: Dallas, Texas, USA; onsite production-floor role. Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

What you will do
- Operate a turret punch press to manufacture parts from sheet metal and metal plates.
- Prepare, set up, and adjust the machine according to product plans and production schedules.
- Measure and align materials and ensure sufficient raw materials are available.
- Inspect finished products for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating a punch press machine.
- Ability to safely operate or learn punch press controls.
- Ability to read and follow product plans, blueprints, and drawings.
- Attention to detail, basic computer and math skills, and ability to lift 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and push, pull, lift, and carry materials; PPE is required on the production floor.
