Senior Technical Program Manager (US Federal Compliance): Leading the National Industrial Security Program and managing US Federal compliance with an accent on security governance, FSO responsibilities, and business enablement for government customers. Location: Hybrid; Must be based in the US (likely San Jose or Durham) due to US Federal Compliance and TS/SCI requirements.
Salary: $182,400 – $364,800 per year

What you will do
- Serve as the FSO of record and primary liaison with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
- Administer and modernize NISPOM compliance (32 CFR Part 117), SEADs, and Intelligence Community Directives.
- Lead US government and internal assessments, including audits and continuous DCSA readiness.
- Manage FOCI mitigation agreements and serve as the primary industrial security advisor to the Board of Directors.
- Oversee the end-to-end clearance lifecycle, including SF-86 reviews, adjudication, and indoctrination.
- Partner with Federal Sales, Legal, and Security teams to embed security requirements early in capture and proposal cycles.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance (Polygraph required or ability to obtain immediately).
- 7–10+ years leading industrial security programs (FSO, AFSO, or Director level).
- Deep knowledge of NISPOM, SEADs, ICD 704/705, and DCSA assessments.
- Proven experience managing FOCI mitigation, specifically via Special Board Resolution.
- Extensive experience with DISS, NISS, NBIS, and Scattered Castles.
- Completion of FSO Program Management training.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting DoD, IC, or national security customers.
- Familiarity with CMMC, DFARS 7012/7019/7020, Zero Trust, and CUI requirements.
- Background in trade compliance and export control programs for technology vendors.
- Experience in information security, IT systems implementation, or secure engineering.
