Salary: $73,000–$94,000 annually (base + bonus target)

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise restaurant partners across all organizational levels, establishing trust and rapport.
• Translate each partner’s business and strategic priorities into actionable plans that improve customer experience and drive shared growth.
• Own partner-facing and internal operational metrics; identify patterns, root causes, and trends and turn them into high-impact recommendations.
• Create data-backed narratives to communicate performance, opportunities, and progress to partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on partner-specific and overall business objectives and deliver operational outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience partnering with and managing top-tier accounts/partners; restaurant operations, final mile delivery, or e-commerce logistics experience preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and distill insights into clear recommendations; experience with analytical tooling such as Tableau, Sigma, and Excel.
• Strong executive verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated conflict resolution skills and ability to negotiate and solve problems with competing interests.
• Ability to build trust and influence through active listening, empathy, and navigating different perspectives.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments both independently and cross-functionally.
