What you will do

• Analyze client sentiment (NPS, CSAT) and performance data to identify systemic risks and experience failures.
• Design and evolve the client experience measurement framework and health scoring methodologies.
• Build executive-level dashboards and translate complex data into clear business implications for senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Product, and Marketing to optimize lifecycle stages such as onboarding and renewal.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback from call reviews and audits into actionable organizational recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, operations, or consulting.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority.
• Advanced proficiency with BI tools and CRM data analysis.
• Must be based in the United States (E-Verify participant).
