TL;DR

Analyst - Retail (Retail/CPG): Managing client relationships and driving business value through data-driven insights with an accent on retail performance analysis and consumer behavior. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bentonville, AR (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week)

Salary: $58,100 - $62,000

What you will do

• Partner with retail customers to set objectives that drive business impact and client value.
• Conduct advanced issue-based analyses using industry knowledge to provide proactive insights.
• Facilitate day-to-day communications to demonstrate the value of solutions in support of growth.
• Ensure timely delivery of data and reporting while driving internal issue resolution.
• Identify potential revenue opportunities and collaborate with Sales Leaders to achieve goals.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure all deliverables align with customer business objectives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the CPG or Retail industry.
• Strong analytical aptitude with experience interpreting and presenting data.
• Polished communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Bentonville, AR 2-3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with customers.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with hirify.global tools and platforms.
