Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $103,500 – $174,000 annually (location-dependent)

What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales segment and channel leaders to help exceed performance targets.
  • Own the Weekly Business Review cadence, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Design and execute sales plays to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and lead cross-functional operational improvements.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on productivity and activation to diagnose performance gaps.
  • Collaborate with GTM Strategy, BI, Marketing, and Finance to align on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Management Consulting.
  • Significant experience supporting enterprise software or technology businesses.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel modeling, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver executive-ready recommendations.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior leadership without direct authority.
  • Must be based in the United States.
