Salary: $103,500 – $174,000 annually (location-dependent)

What you will do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales segment and channel leaders to help exceed performance targets.
- Own the Weekly Business Review cadence, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Design and execute sales plays to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify process inefficiencies and lead cross-functional operational improvements.
- Perform deep-dive analyses on productivity and activation to diagnose performance gaps.
- Collaborate with GTM Strategy, BI, Marketing, and Finance to align on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Management Consulting.
- Significant experience supporting enterprise software or technology businesses.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel modeling, Salesforce, and Tableau.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver executive-ready recommendations.
- Proven track record of influencing senior leadership without direct authority.
- Must be based in the United States.
