TL;DR

Staff Web Growth Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS): Defining and driving the strategy for high-impact web experiences with an accent on experimentation, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven growth. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Denver, CO (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

Salary: $139,650 — $157,106.25 USD

What you will do

  • Define and execute the long-term web growth strategy across hirify.global and dbt Labs web properties.
  • Own high-impact initiatives end-to-end, from strategic planning and requirements gathering to launch and performance analysis.
  • Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps for critical user journeys including pricing, signup, and navigation.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics to identify growth opportunities and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Write comprehensive business requirements documents to align cross-functional teams and ensure operational excellence.
  • Mentor teammates and serve as a subject matter expert to raise the execution maturity of the marketing organization.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to develop and execute long-term web growth strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in behavioral analytics, experimentation strategy, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with experience aligning executive stakeholders on complex initiatives.
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs and influence roadmap direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Must be able to work from the Denver, CO office 2 days per week.

  • Experience marketing technical B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or developer-focused products.
  • Experience leveraging AI to accelerate marketing workflows and operational efficiency.
