Salary: $139,650 — $157,106.25 USD

What you will do
- Define and execute the long-term web growth strategy across and dbt Labs web properties.
- Own high-impact initiatives end-to-end, from strategic planning and requirements gathering to launch and performance analysis.
- Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps for critical user journeys including pricing, signup, and navigation.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics to identify growth opportunities and influence roadmap priorities.
- Write comprehensive business requirements documents to align cross-functional teams and ensure operational excellence.
- Mentor teammates and serve as a subject matter expert to raise the execution maturity of the marketing organization.
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop and execute long-term web growth strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Deep expertise in behavioral analytics, experimentation strategy, and conversion rate optimization.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with experience aligning executive stakeholders on complex initiatives.
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs and influence roadmap direction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Must be able to work from the Denver, CO office 2 days per week.

- Experience marketing technical B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or developer-focused products.
