What you will do

  • Scale growth across organic social, paid acquisition, SEO, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and influencer marketing.
  • Build campaigns and experiments that generate measurable pipeline and improve funnel conversion.
  • Analyze marketing data independently to drive data-driven decisions and forecast results.
  • Shape market positioning to build a brand that developers trust and recognize.
  • Leverage AI tooling, agents, and automation to increase the impact of the marketing function.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in growth, digital, or developer marketing at a B2B SaaS startup.
  • Broad experience across acquisition channels including SEO, paid search, paid social, and email.
  • Strong analytical skills to prioritize opportunities and drive decision-making.
  • High ownership with the ability to operate autonomously and execute quickly.
  • Strong command of AI tools and custom automation workflows.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to technical buyers in security, infrastructure, or DevOps.
  • Proven track record in influencer marketing.
  • Familiarity with open source or product-led growth (PLG) go-to-market motions.
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and GA4.
