Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York City (Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite)

Salary: $124,000 - $146,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with partner priorities and joint pipeline goals.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics for partner conferences, webinars, and field events.
  • Design and implement segmented nurture programs based on persona and funnel stage.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partner Managers to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-through.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content iteration, audience targeting, and campaign setup.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize conversion funnels in partnership with RevOps.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, campaign management, or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, and events.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work from the New York City office three days per week.
  • Experience or strong interest in utilizing AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

  • Exposure to paid channels like LinkedIn and Google Search.
  • Experience working in the fintech or banking sector.
