Salary: $90,000 – $125,000 per year + Equity

What you will do
- Design and manage growth experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and documentation.
- Identify and test new marketing channels to drive qualified lead generation.
- Develop and optimize conversion funnels from initial awareness to closed-won deals.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and industry publications.
- Collaborate with content and sales teams to create industry-specific content and nurture lead pipelines.
- Optimize the marketing tech stack, including CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of growth marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or supply chain technology.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth in customer acquisition and revenue.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid advertising platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
- Must be US-based to be eligible for the listed compensation and benefits.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise decision-making processes.
Nice to have
- Background in high-growth SaaS startups.
- Certifications in Google Ads or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development principles.
