What you will do

  • Design and manage growth experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and documentation.
  • Identify and test new marketing channels to drive qualified lead generation.
  • Develop and optimize conversion funnels from initial awareness to closed-won deals.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and industry publications.
  • Collaborate with content and sales teams to create industry-specific content and nurture lead pipelines.
  • Optimize the marketing tech stack, including CRM, automation, and analytics tools.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of growth marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or supply chain technology.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid advertising platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
  • Must be US-based to be eligible for the listed compensation and benefits.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise decision-making processes.

Nice to have

  • Background in high-growth SaaS startups.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development principles.
