Salary: $103,000 – $135,000

What you will do
- Own and manage the Google Ads program, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic advertising partnerships.
- Lead international paid social programs across Meta, managing strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Oversee Microsoft advertising programs to ensure performance alignment with overall media strategy.
- Manage and develop a direct report, providing coaching and support for their professional growth.
- Analyze campaign and conversion data to identify opportunities and present findings to senior leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth Product, Creative, and Engineering teams to execute campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
- 1–2 years of experience managing or leading others.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads with high-spend campaign experience.
- Experience running paid social programs across international markets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Looker, Excel, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
