What you will do

• Lead the execution of multiple concurrent projects across global Benefits, Compensation, and Equity programs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk logs.
• Coordinate activities across HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, HRIS, and IT to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status updates to support decision-making.
• Support change management, process optimization, and organizational integration initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global organization.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Asana, or Jira.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience supporting HRIS platforms, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Background in HR implementations, process improvement, or M&A integration.
• Familiarity with automation or AI-enabled productivity tools.
